Shipping Times & Rates

 

We provide complimentary shipping on all orders.

Orders are shipped on regular business days, Monday to Friday; excluding statutory holidays.

​

All orders will be shipped via Canada Post.  Please allow 4-5 business days to receive your order in Canada and 5-7 day to USA.

 

Special order items like gold or custom designs may take 7 to 10 days to assemble before they are shipped.   

 

You may verify the status of your order with the tracking number you received by email when your order was shipped.  Check status here.

Return Policy

 

You have 30 Days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.  In this event, please follow the following steps:

STEP 1

Fill out the 'return section' of your packing slip. Don’t have your packing slip?  Complete our online RMA Request Form.

 

STEP 2

Carefully pack your jewelry and the return form.  Use a padded envelope or box. You can even use the packaging it arrived in.

 

STEP 3

Attach the prepaid return slip on the package and drop at your nearest post office.  Prepaid return slips expire 30 days after delivery to your location.

Once we receive the package and all is in new condition we will refund the full amount of the order less the return shipping costs.  Usually less than $20.00.

​

Postage fees are non-refundable.  Special order items are not returnable.

For a return or exchange, all products must be unused, in original packaging, in resalable condition
